Established by our dedicated food experts, chef Solo Diallo and chef Ahmad Mohammed, this restaurant is a result of their years of experience working in different restaurants and the sheer need to serve the people in the city. It is when they decided to start their own project that the Mumbai Dakar Restaurant was born. As the name suggests, Solo Diallo is a native of Dakar, Senegal, and Ahmad hails from Mumbai, India.
